01Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Requests are reviewed by our team and, if approved, the amount paid is returned to the original payment method and the membership ends.
02How to ask
Open Settings → Help and describe the reason, or contact us from the Contact page. We tell you the decision in your notifications.
03Cancellation
There is no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends on the date shown in your dashboard.
